Our delivery-service - shipping costs within Germany
The delivery takes place as soon as possible, normally within 3 to 5 business days. We deliver within Germany without delivery and packing charges from € 80 order value. Below € 80 order value we charge € 0,99 shipping costs, below € 50 we charge € 2,99 and below € 30 we charge € 4,99. For cash on delivery you pay the charges.
Our delivery-service - shipping costs abroad
Minimum-order-value per order is € 50 plus € 9,99 shipping-costs within Europe. On inquiry, we are willing to inform about the shipping-costs.
Your order
After sending your order, you get an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. By ordering, you are proclaiming your approval to our declared prices and general business-conditions. Deviant regulations hereof are only valid if they have been explicitly acknowledged by us. The contract with us comes into effect as soon as we confirmed your order through delivery of the goods to you. Please appreciate that we can only supply you if we have the ware available.
Our prices
Our prices contain the legal value added tax and remain valid until the publication of the next offer. The named prices come about after best knowledge. If our offer should nevertheless sometime contain writing or calculation errors, for example error, clerical and calculation error we keep ourselves before, to calculate the correct price. In this case we of course grant you an immediate right of withdrawal if you should not agree with it.
How do you pay?
Within Germany you can pay per bank transfer, direct debit, creditcard (VISA, MasterCard), paypal or pre payment. Foreign customers pay per creditcard (VISA, MasterCard), paypal or pre payment.
Your right of retraction
We guarantee for the first-class quality of our products and we wish that you are optimally content with your order.
Within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the ware you have the option to revoke the order and to send the delivered articles back to us. For keeping of the term, it suffices to send the retraction in due time. Please note, however, that broached packages of cosmetics, medicine, and food as well as food-supplements are excluded from the return, unless you find deficiencies.
In accordance with the legal regulation, apply to the retraction the following principles: The retraction is possible without statement of reasons. It can be declared in written form, per e-mail or through return of the ware at EnergiaVital, Ringstr. 2, D-86931 Prittriching, Germany. After the assertion of retraction, you are indebted to the complete return of the ware. Only from an order value of € 40 we bear the costs of the return. We will send you a prepaid return label (freeway stamp) on request. Packages that are sent back carriage forward cannot be assumed. If your order value is below € 40 you will have to cover the costs for the return.
Widerrufsrecht
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von zwei Wochen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z.B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) oder – wenn Ihnen die Sache vor Fristablauf überlassen wird - durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger (bei der wiederkehrenden Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Informationspflichten gemäß §312c Abs. 2 BGB in Verbindung mit §1 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 BGB-InfoV sowie unserer Pflichten gemäß § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit § 3 BGB-InfoV. Widerrufsfolgen:
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. von uns gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Für eine durch die bestimmungsgemäße Ingebrauchnahme der Sache entstandene Verschlechterung müssen Sie keinen Wertersatz leisten. Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf unsere Gefahr zurückzusenden. Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Sie bei einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte Teilzahlung erbracht haben. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Sie kostenfrei. Nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist beginnt für Sie mit der Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserklärung oder der Sache, für uns mit deren Empfang.

The data necessary for the business-handling are stored and they are principally treated confidentially. They are only passed on to affiliated companies, for example for the purpose of order processing or of selected offers. With legitimate interest, we make for the purpose of one’s own credit rating and solvency control a data exchange with a credit service agency (Schufa, 65201 Wiesbaden).
Packing
EnergiaVital uses constantly high quality package material in order to protect the ware on the way to you. To comply with requirements regarding environment, all our packages consist of 100 percent recycled materials. As a consumer you have the possibility of delivering cardboard packaging to the waste paper utilization or waste paper collection.
What else is important to know?
Drugs should be stored secure and non-accessible to children. Instructions on the package insert and fields of application should be followed exactly.
