Bear's garlic - also called wood garlic, wild garlic and wood leek - is to be found almost throughout Europe. It contains much more iron, magnesium, manganese and sulphur compounds as the smell intensive garlic, which is known with us. It is, however, substantially easier to take, as smell and taste are milder and thereby pleasanter. Furthermore, bear's garlic has healthy effects and demonstrates a valuable enrichment of the daily food.
The trace element selenium is scarcely contained in our food as the grounds contain always less nutrients like selenium. The yeast is an important carrier for the naturally bound selenium, and bear's garlic shall serve for a longer stability.
Each capsule contains 300mg of pure bear's garlic herb and 10µg of selenium-yeast. This optimal composition guarantees a considerably better absorption through the gastrointestinal tract as the isolated supply of such single substances.
