The precious oil of the Moroccan argan tree consists of about 80 % of biologically active unsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic and olein acids. These ones have a healthy effect on the organism and are important for an active metabolism.
With its nuttily aroma it is well suited for the use in kitchen, but it can also be taken pure (daily 1 to 3 tea spoons).
Well suited for the external care of dry and rough skin.
