Boswellia - also calles Frankincense or  olibanum - is a centuries old herb. It is an aromatic resin obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia. It is used in incense as well as in perfumes. Frankincense is tapped from the very scraggly but hardy Boswellia tree by scraping the bark and allowing the exuded resins to bleed out and harden. These hardened resins are called tears.

Per vegetarian capsule 400 mg of Boswellia Extract standardized to contain 65 % Boswellic Acid (260 mg per capsule). 

Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with meals.
